Currently, African/Middle Eastern, religious migrants are moving to nonreligious/irreligious European countries with sub-replacement levels of births. If there is significantly more backlash against Muslim immigrants in Western Europe, perhaps more immigration to Western Europe will come from Eastern and Central Europe.
